Thanks for this. I never thought of adding a mod Item to my game since all expansion packs make the game really slow for me...but this made me think twice....i'll add this...just this once...

because this is SO GOOD....

I'm getting some serious rendering issues with the living room 3 and 1 seat chairs. They are both darker than they should be, and I can easily tell there is an issue.
