A Players' House
I suppose it would be good for playboys/girls, but what I really mean is that this is a good house for Sims 2 players. I like to start my sims out as singles, meet 'em up, etc, etc. This is perfect for a sim starting out and even a couple without too many kids or possessions. You can start in it without using kaching and don't need roller skates to get around in it.

very fun place. I especially like the stairs next to the wall instead of in the middle of the house and that it's under the 20,000 limit

this house is probably my favourite one for starting out sims in
it is very playable and has the essentials, but accomodates upgrades to stuff easily without creating lag. i love this house and thoroughly recommend it :D
