There's not enough clothing for toddlers out there, so this is much appreciated! Thanks.

CinderEmma, I think the UV map is just for people who want to re-texture the outfit. Correct me if I'm wrong, though!

Glad you like it, there is more to come, and girlfromverona is right, you only need the UVmap if you want to make new textures for this mesh.

So, you can put patterns on the clothes without the UV though?
