Is the top part of your dress a base game mesh? Cuz it looks really similar to a base game dress. It looks very nice, though.

The dress is a modified base game mesh, but about the top it's simply the texture

This dress is really cute, thanks for sharing! One suggestion I have is adding a variation without the flowers for more versatility. But nonetheless, I think the dress is perfect!
