I am in awe of your talent and beautiful build. I shall make this home my legacy mansion and use the precaution mentioned above to help reduce any possible lag. Thank you sooooooo much!
EDIT: I tried this trick and was able to load the lot, but it still lagged as if the lot were 6x5! So I tried deleting all of the Hibiscus Shrubs inside of the Boxy Lady shrubs and it reduced the lag significantly.
It lags depending on how fast I try to move the screen but I think if you can do without the furnishings (use the Clean Installer to empty it out) it should be just fine. I noticed lag around the stealth stairs and replaced them with Marvine's ladders - lag reduced. The more I delete and replace with simple CC, the smoother it runs. 
Again, fantastic build - it looks so beautiful! *squees*
