Sorry, I have forgotten to mention it. It is a mod which replaces the default walls. http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=443534

Great house. Have always wanted attached garage with house on raised foundation. Never could accomplish it, unless house and garage on same level. Good Work. Thank you.
