I love it but where do you find this in the game after you download it?

You have to unzip the lot and then double click the package to run it through the launcher. Then it should be in the lots tab of the game when you go to edit the town. If you are having a problem getting custom content to appear in the game, it could be one of many bugs/issues unrelated to the lot itself, and your best bet would to search around some forums to find people who may have similar problems and possible solutions. Sadly, Sims games have little problems like this all the time, and the community is much more responsive about finding solutions than EA.
