This will join my 1 & 2 Chrysanthemum in my 'hood - I do love the small lots, though my all-time favorite nx1 is 7 Dove Road a 4x1 found here:

One of the problems with this house, though, is that its size says "Starter" but not its price. (I tend to avoid 'Kaching' and 'FamilyFunds') I do use Monique's "Hacked Computer" (on this site) which allows a sim to take out loans. Still, 6K plus cost of furnishing is a bit much.

Nevertheless, thank you for this one and all of the Chrysanthemums! Please keep 'em coming!
