He actually has one that's a regular house posted on TheSims2.com (http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/lot...t&user_id=40727). It's slightly different of course (house versus dorm) but just a cool looking. If you're interested I hope this link works for you!

I put up my latest charmed house a few days ago and it has my version of the curved staircase in it It´s in the download section and is called "1329 Prescott Street" I tried to build it true to known floorplans but since the house in the show is a set its really hard to make it look good. But i tried atleast It is made as a residential lot but it still requires university. I will try to make it work in TS2 also but it wont look exactly the same then.

the house at http://www.a-s-charmed.de/sims-2 has an angled staircase.

Waiting for Sims4 so I can go all Halliwell again!!
