I have a little problem with the lot . . . I can't find the Mailbox. Could you please tell me where it is located? Thanks a lot.

I am aware of this problem, sometimes as it is a beach lot it will awkwardly relocate it to the bottom corner of the lot, which is underwater. You should be able to go into build/buy mode and grab it.
