Do we need Dragon Valley for this?

Hm I haven't checked, but mesh is included, and all textures are from base game, so it should work with base game only.

Just gave 'em a quick look and they do indeed work without Dragon Valley.

Because the YA/A version already exists in Dragon Valley and handing that out with these would be illegal is why.

actually, your wrong . They've been in history long before medieval ( tho back than they were called 'tartans', re-named to kilts by modern society ) . Don't 'fault' the artist if that's what EA is calling them .
