Thanks Vulture's nest. I downloaded it immediately. I love the fact you asked for permission to upload the work from others and let it know in the post. I'm going to play it very soon. Thank you so much, it looks great.

They took the time to make the items, least I can do is take the time to type Thank You. (hehe)

I visit ALOT of "Free Sims2 Download" sites. My Downloads folder for Sims2 is over 8 gigs. So after awhile I sometimes forget who made what, or where I got that one wallpaper from. But I have extensive notes on all my Downloaded Custom Art files, and have taken the time to ask several of them for permission to use their items in my designs.

That's harder to do with Re-Colors, cause there are SOOO Many of them, so many great artists that make them, that I would need another 8 gigs just to keep the record.

Glad you liked it. My two Sims had a BLAST here. (Play Tested one College Year.) The Rooftop Parties were a HIT everytime!! And it was real fun to watch the people coming and going over the stairways. (You know those "Lost NPCs" that wonder around in circles for hours? You should see them when they do it on stairs!)

*Edit* I had one NPC Sim walk from the back one building and around the house, and then back to where he started, just to do it again. I started to get scared for awhile thinking this man might start marching, grab a bugle, come back every day for a week, and try to collapse my house. But the structure withstood the NPC's wraith, and all I had to do was clean up one small wet spot. (I'm hoping it was a Balloon attack and not the spot the NPC picked for a future outhouse.)

I see - you want your sims to be happy!
(One of my very firstborn sim, a lovable simboy named Jasper, lived in "Lam Plaza". Neverever I'll do this to one of my sims again!)
Really nice place for higher education!

a very well made house, but not completely hack-free...S2PCI lists wintermuleai1's hacked newspaper object on the roster

I must have forgotten to delete the newspaper that was delivered the day the file was packaged. That hack was never meant to be included.

I'll re-pack it next chance I get, and upload an update.
