Feedback in The Palisades lot (also by this creator) has the answer. I tried the solution and it worked! The CC is NOT included, and if you do not download it you will have a house partially furnished with default items and no windows or doors. But the structure is for the most part in tact and with some editing still looks great. Thank you creator!
