I've intalled it properly on Documents/ Electronic Arts/ Sims 4/ Tray. I've unzipped the file to that folder. I've even downloaded ALL of the custom content refered on the description. But I can't seem to find the house in the game... Help?

You may not have the "show custom content" box checked under the "advanced" tab on the left side of the screen.

LOVE this house. Thank you so much for sharing.

I checked and I also cannot see this house. I have custom content showing and all of your other houses show up. Just not this one.

I downloaded the house again and reinstalled it and I can find it now. I must have gotten a buggy download.
