Ever hear of the anime Black Butler? This looks like it could fit the timeline of the show, which is in 1887.

No, I don't watch anime so I've no clue

also I based the time period on traditional tudor architecture appearances which was as early as the 15th century, but that felt a little too unrealistic.

I'd say that romantic garden and Get together are the most important packs for this lot. You should really get Get Together, it's an amazing pack and it adds so much beauty to the game, as well as varations in landscape. Windenburg is very European! Keep an eye out for sales, quite often Origin has at least some sort of discount
