I'm so glad you decided to upload it. More people should have the pleasure of building on it.

Woah! Live the terrain.

I almost want to make a full neighborhood for it.

Flat. Blissfully, beautifully flat!!! I totally screwed up and tried to build a neighbourhood on a terrain that, in use, feels practically vertical (and incredibly ugly with all those sheer cliffs on every lot). Terrain swapper, here I come! THANK YOU!!

You're very welcome!

The trick to achieving a flat terrain is to simply just be careful when creating roads, hills, etc... I place down roads piece by piece (tile by tile) as opposed to just drawing down a complete line on one go. That way, the terrain flattens out properly as I go on. Also, when I want to create smooth shorelines, I lower the entire terrain to just a bit above sea level, and then I smooth out the terrain (there's a tool for this in SC4) near the water to create smooth shorelines.

Have fun!

Your terrain is new favorite! Thank you for sharing this. I just have one question. When checking the lot folder, they are 12 lot files, even though the terrain is empty. It is safe to delete these files?
