I'm not able to use this mod
I've downloaded and extracted it and copied the content to the Tray folder...

I get the message "This object couldn't be found"

Is there anybody who could help me as I really like this design a lot!

Hi,
I just downloaded the lot and retested it in game and it is working fine.
If the difficulty you are having is finding the lot, it should be located in your in-game library. You need to check off the box marked Advanced and then the box marked Include Custom Content to be able to see the lot. You can place it on the game map from there.
As for the Tray files, they don't contain objects. They only indicate the placement of the objects on the lot. If you got a message referring to missing objects, perhaps you missing one or more of the items used on the lot, either from the packs used to build the lot or from the CC list. Check if you downloaded everything needed.

Hi, no I see the Lot but I don't see it in the preview and when I want to select it I get the message: "This object couldn't be found"

Do I need and expansion pack to be able to use your design?
Do I have to download the CC used by your side to let it show on my side too? (that's just a thing I'm thinking about..)

Hi,
I see from the screenshots that you have been having this problem with multiple lots. Though I am not sure how to fix it, I can give you a few suggestions.
1) Make sure your game is updated.
2) Make two folders on your desktop, label them accordingly, and put your all your mods in one folder and all the contents of your tray in another. This will ensure you files are kept safe so they can be restored when you are done. Then try re-downloading the lot. Put all six files in your now empty Tray folder once you unzip the file (Do not try to open the Tray files.). Start up the game and see if the lot shows up correctly in your game library. (NOTE:Do not open the game you are currently playing to do this. Just click on the create a new Sims button and look for the lot in the library from there.)
3) If this does not work you may need to Repair the game. You can do this through Origin. (Make a copy of your Save files first, just in case.)
If the lot shows up, try again, adding your cc back in the Mod folder this time. Test by checking your in game library in the same fashion as before. If there is a problem, then you will need to look through your cc to find the CC that is causing the problem. Once you have everything working, replace your original tray files and your functional cc in the game and resume playing.
4) If none of this works, try the help pages here at MTS as well as the Sims 4 Forum site. They may be better able to help you with your problem.
