Could all the optional pack files not be included in the same download? They wouldn't cause problems if you didn't have the right packs, would they?

I know the patch notes says EA fixed the issue.

They didn't in my limited testing. Sims would still stand to watch movies/TV.

The November patch seems to have broken this mod (though maybe Maxis finally fixed the sitting issue so it won't matter so much, then again, they don't have the best track record for fixing things like this), didn't notice until a little bit ago, but I was puzzled why my sim wasn't watching TV, then when I clicked on it, I only had the option to watch classic shows, nothing else. Removed the different parts for this mod and everything is back again.

My sims never sat down to watch TV unless I told them to and it was getting on my nerves, so I went ahead and updated this mod. I'll take down the file if OP updates.
