Would it be okay to have the food twice in your downloadfolder? Maybe some people know they have downloaded the food before but it's buried somewhere deep intheir downloadfolder.

Where did your MTS uploads go? https://s2idownloads.blogspot.com/2...content-no.html

Honestly I'm not sure - erring on the side of caution, I would guess that that would clog up your fridge menu (especially your Make fridge option).
However, what I recommend is: if you are not sure you have the food, then use the search tool to move the files to the folder. Either use the full name of the food, a word that makes up the name, or one of the first words that make up the name (e.g. typing "Rodrick" [sans quotes] to find the seafood chowder). You can Ctrl + click to select multiple files to move at the same time.

See the photos below if the writing above isn't clear:
Locating/Searching for food

Moving food to folder (option is in Home tab). You can select "Choose Location" at the bottom option of [Move to] and make a new folder from there.

Hopefully this makes it easier.

This is an awesome idea, and I'm curious if you will make more. Also the exterior of your pub is lovely!

I am planning to do at least 2 more (various ice cream and submarine sandwich ones, once I get the time). There is also a Russian food one I am planning on doing (I haven't had Russian food before in my life but someone made CC food of those and they looked good - they also seemed to be the only foods I've seen that may affect a Sim's temperature, so I'm interested). Honestly, I may eventually just make many themed food stands (e.g. pub, sandwich shop, Japanese food, Chinese and Korean food, a Thai food one, ice cream, soul food/American Southern food, etc.) because I haven't got the patience to make well-performing restaurants for every food I've downloaded. This would also allow me to make 'cuisines' of different neighborhoods via food stands similar to the vacation destinations (I can't use mine [vacation destinations]. It's basically my work around for these 2 problems. Plus I can make motels at least in normal hoods, so adding vacation aspects to my normal hoods is fine. Working with Sim day offs may make it more challenging though.

I'm rambling at this point but thanks for the compliment.

Edit: Spelling
Editx2: Almost forgot, but I also want to do a breakfast/International House of Pancakes or Waffles as well. Eventually.
Editx3: Also pizza and italian meals (separate) and maybe Jamaican meals and Indian meals. A French bakery food stand. It's best to assume that:
  1. If I can find it
  2. It looks nice
  3. There are at least 3-5 meals of the same category (e.g. 5 different Italian meals)
  4. They are still working currently
  5. I can get the creator's permisson
It's gonna be in a food stand at some point.

Thanks so much for this foodstand, and after reading your ideas for future foodstands, I'm even more excited for your next uploads here!

By the way: could you please point me to a tutorial, or at least some quick instructions about how to do these custom foodstands? Is it a matter of cloning a BV foodstand and linking it to other dishes?

I actually got tutorial instructions from bienchen83 and with some trial and error was able to make it work. Since I am continuously learning things about it, I figured I'll make a tutorial after a few more food stands. This way I will have enough experience to answer questions.

Edit: But yes, it a matter of cloning a food stand and linking it to other dishes simply put. It just has some tedious parts in the beginning (you'll need to declare about 21 new GUIDs for each food stand and I haven't found a way to automate this).

Editx2: 'Tedious' as in, 'mind-numbingly boring' but you still need to pay attention. You can get faster at it though (I've done about 3 food stands thus far...so ~63 new GUIDs for just 3 objects :P).

I love your food stands, thank you for making and sharing them! :-) And I look forward to seeing your tutorial when you are able to write it, I would love to have a go at making a few food stands myself (for my own use) :-)

@Rinchan7 Have you or anyone written this tutorial? I'd really like to be able to do this. If there's no tutorial, I could write it up if someone gives me enough info to know how to do it.

I noticed one of the files in the folder order requirement screenshot is missing "Crocobaura_Icecream Plate.package" isn't on any of the listed download links, but I did find what looks like identical file under a handful of the custom icecream/serberts zips done by InLoveWithRed, just commenting for confirmation that I can use that/or its assumed i should since this is an older listing. It looks like a really awesome custom menu!
