Hi, Pawlq, from one modder to another who has worked on similar projects. When it comes to altering the time shifts and schedules for any career in the game, it's best to also edit the corresponding SimData files to reflect the altered time schedules for the career levels, otherwise the game will give Last Exception reports as the XMLs and the SimData files are out of alignment. Probably more so when altering start times than finishing times. But I know the game will not like the discrepancy between the XMLs and SimData files when it comes to career level altering.

I've made this same mistake in the past. And another modder, who could have passed on useful info to help rectify my newbie error back then, chose instead to belittle my effort to make himself look better. Even so, he taught me a valuable lesson in the end. That lesson being; why not just help out, if and when you can. I like your other mods, I use some of them. So I hope you find the SimData advice here useful. All the best.

I believe it's for letting kids get out of school earlier if their grades are better, which is actually really cool. The times are 1300 (1PM) for A students, 1400 (2PM) for B-D students, 1600 (4PM) for F students. Default is 1500 (3PM) for all students.

Lately the grade school one is not working. My sim has an A and still gets home at 3:00. But it works for his high school sibling. Might need to take another look at this one.

I've hated that high-schoolers stay in school as long as elementary-schoolers. You have fixed the problem. Thanks for your work!!
