How do Michelle's slaved add-ons work with this?

At the moment they work like they have worked before.
They have only one subset like before and take the colors from the chair and ignore the extra recolors for the frame.
New recolors of the planks are taken. For the frames of the add-ons is taken the color in the right side of the recolor's texture where the color of the frame has always been.

But I could make Extra-CEPs for them, so that they have two subsets and the recolors of the frames are taken too.
I was absent and thought about it too late.

It's working fine in the game, but not in Object Workshop. When I go into Object Workshop, select the PatioPlastics chair, and select Recolor, the only recolorable subset I see is the slats.

Than I have no idea, why. I see that: .

And as you can see I made recolors of the frames and uploaded them.

Have you done the following?

GL_CEP_PatioPlasticChair.package: put into C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\zCEP-EXTRA.
GL_CEP_PatioPlasticChair_ProgramFiles.package: put into \Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\zCEP-EXTRA

What's weird about this is that the extra subset shows up in the game, and your recolors work. If I do a no-boxes-checked clone in Object Workshop, the MMAT and TXMT for the new subset get pulled in. The new GMDC and SHPE also get pulled in, but I still get the GMND from the original CEP.

I have now installed the Extra CEP on another computer. There it works in SimPE too, when I want to recolor I get the same two subsets and can recolor both.
I have no idea what this could be. I am sorry. It would be intersting, how it works on other's computers.
Don't know it it could help to delete all caches.

I think I have a workaround. If I Open one of your frame recolors in Object Workshop, I can use it to make a recolor package for the frame.

This is good.
But now I have (temprorarily) deleted the GL_CEP_PatioPlasticChair_ProgramFiles.package from C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Die Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\zCEP-EXTRA and this causes the same problem. Are you sure you have done GL_CEP_PatioPlasticChair_ProgramFiles.package into the right folder? If so, at the moment I have no idea what could help.

Hey, @gabilei123. I like the idea of this; I rarely used this set because I wanted a different color for the frame, but you've given me a reason to have it around more frequently.

I have a question though. The instructions say to put GL_CEP_PatioPlasticChair.package into the Program Files and GL_CEP_PatioPlasticChair_ProgramFiles.package into the Documents folder. I'm confused since the last comment before mine seems to indicate that it's actually the other way around. Do I follow the directions on the Downloads page or should I go for the second option?

Sorry this was a mistake! I changed that. Sorry for the confusion!
