I can't believe I missed this, it's brilliant. I've wanted it for such a long time.

However when I go to install, I'm getting an issue I can't see in this comment thread. Could you help? No rush.

First it brought up a message saying that I had four documents locations and that they don't all point to the same place. Then I get this dialogue box (screenshot attached), asking me to choose my documents folder from the drive letter. But the drive letter (standard C drive) doesn't appear in this list. I've blanked out two names for privacy but would I go through the top one, which is my full name and therefore presumably my user directory?

I am using Windows 10.

How do you install lots and/or sims to AGS. if I install Clean Installer would it work for this?

My antivirus (Malwarebytes) detected the installation file as malware. Is it really one?

Decided to delete AGS, now it cant start my normal game with all expansion packs and it starts without ANY hoods. Any help?

Check your documents folder to make sure it is in the right place AND make sure it didn't remove the tm symbol out of it. If it did, you will have to either rename your old folder the same name as the new folders it is creating or edit your registry to the same name as your original folder. I just went through this tonight. Look at the AGS folder name and I bet it is missing the tm. It could also have changed your default documents location as well, especially if you have your documents on a secondary drive. I went in and corrected my registry but I also was successful just changing the documents folder to the sims 2 ultimate collection without the tm. I just fixed it because it made me mad

Would it be possible to add EPs to an AnyGameStarter game? I once saw someone do a legacy where they installed a new EP every generation. They were doing it with discs, but it looked interesting, and I wonder if you could do that with this mod.

Just decided to try AGS with freshly installed game (Win 7, x64). Everything is working just fine! But I have one weird thing so far. When I created empty game and loaded one of my cleaned templates, the game keeps creating Bon Voyage steath hood with the Traveller family in a bin. I tried with new empty game and fresh copy of template twice, but the same result.
I solved my problem with superfluous NPC by using clean BV stealth hood (https://modthesims.info/d/520751), but does It mean I need to do that with all steath hoods because they all had been created? I mean, with the first loading screen I had only the 'creating exotic destinations' load, so this mean only BV stealth hood was created?
Briefly, my question is: do the empty game suposse to create stealth hoods in the first place? And, If It's not, what is the deal with my Bon Voyage and how to stop It?

I've been using this for a while now without any major problems including on one game (my current AnyGame1) for about a month or so now but suddenly that game won't start when I click it?
I moved some installed cc from my 'new items' folder in downloads that I use to make sure things are working into the actual proper sorting which has never been a problem before but now I'm getting an error message whenever I try to launch that says "Windows cannot find 'F:\ANYGAMESTARTER\AnyGameStarter\AppFiles\StartAnyGame1Err.txt'." Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." (the path is weird because all my games and stuff are on a secondary drive on my computer)
I tried running Origin's repair on the game itself, just in case, tried to update game through AnyGameStarter, cleared the cache, rebooted the computer multiple times throughout the process, ran as administrator; everything I could think of that makes even the slightest bit of sense but I'm still getting this weird error.
The game was literally running about an hour or two ago prior to moving the downloads to their correct places but I don't understand how that would break things especially since I have done this exact process before?

I created another game with the same content (neighborhoods, sims, cc, etc) and it doesn't have the issue at all so apparently its just something with that specific game. Now to just figure out why I can't get anyone abducted....

Okay, this is a bit of a weird one. I made a new AGS game, all maxis content, all expansions and stuff packs, but when I launched it originally there are only neighborhoods for Belladonna Cove, Riverblossom Hills, and Desiderata Valley? This is a brand new, unplayed save? I tried repairing it, but It's still only those three neighborhoods? I tried running repair on the game through Origin, updating the game in AGS, and reinstalling through AGS, but I still only have those three neighborhoods and the button to create my own?

EDIT: I just looked at the main game install thinking maybe I could just copy the neighborhood files over and they aren't there either? What? How? How do I not have the basegame neighborhoods?

in case anyone encounter the same problem as having their documents folder altered, create a shortcut of the documents folder onto my desktop helped to fix it!

Are permagames not a feature for the UC version I can't find the option for it.

Downloaded, but decided not to install when I learned that any games created with it will be deleted if it is ever uninstalled. This is a serious drawback.

Sadly, it doesn't work.
This program keeps glitching and I find myself unable to start a game withou all the EPS.

Edit: I had to uninstall and reinstall the sims 2 to play again.

Have you discovered ANY way to reverse this?? I'm extremely upset
