I've actually created and uploaded the phantom, Raoul and Christine onto the Sims 4 gallery a while back. I don't use custom content so our old phantom doesn't have his trademark mask (I know it's a travesty!) but I did make a bit of scaring on his face using the facial details from the vampire stiff pack.
