how about adding to the mix in your mod, that all bartenders have 10 mixology, so the bartenders which show up at any bar are always able to make any drink, instead of just a limited amount of drinks by their less then 10 mixology levels.. ?? What do you think? All Bartenders have 10 mixology levels..

I like that. My favorite drink requires skill lvl 10 and the bartenders are never skilled enough to make it. I'll see if I can adjust it so you only get lvl 10 bartenders.
