Just to say that when I used it, when I pressed "Pickpocket" the game just froze (as if the game with paused) and I couldn't restart it. (I do have SmarterEPCheck)

I'm sure it's a clash with a different mod? I will experiment!

I forgot a question I had. Do you get the opportunity to call the police on a pickpocket, like you do with the Unsavoury Charlatan?

Unfortunately no. When you call the police on the Unsavory Charlatan, the game blocks him from generating on the lot for awhile, which wouldn't work for a playable Sim.

You could try to utilize resources from the getting caught grade hacking interaction. In which your sim gets fined by the police. Though you'd have to remove the computer repo part for the new interaction. Not to mention there are anims for getting arrested both for the burglar and the sorority quest, so if you wanted to do it, you probably could figure it out.

First of all, thank you very much, this is awesome.

Also, it it's possible I would love to have the autonomous version to generate more drama. I don't know if you indent to post it publicky or if it is only on request. (And I would love you even more if it could be linked to the klepto trait from the traits project here: https://hexagonal-bipyramid.tumblr..../traits-project, but that's only if you would be interested.)

I've thought about implementing fines - perhaps in the future.

I was wondering if the pickpocket sim is a playable does the cash taken really get taken from their household funds?

Yes, if a playable is robbed, the money is deducted from their family funds.

Tested this out in my game recently and was surprised at how OP it really wasn't. It's shocking how often sims will refuse the interaction. I think far too many of my sims have very high Logic skill, probably because they all like to play chess so much. Also that darn Charlatan has been picking all their pockets before my playable sim could get there. I suppose the initiating sim's Charisma skill also has some effect?
