Ah, I wondered when someone would recognize where the pictures were from. :nana: Since I've always liked the wallpapers here on my new PC, I figured they'd look great in the game.

When (and if) I create some more recolors, I'll search around on ol' Google for some more, in depth wallpapers/pictures, especially some nature scenes like waterfalls and forests.

EDIT: By the way, maxbaker, I noticed you're from Charlotte, NC. I live just a little ways from Statesville. That's cool.

Witchboy, I believe the template is in PhotoStudio in SimPE. It looks like a frame I've seen available there.

Um, but that may just be a two-tile painting, although I swear it's three-tile. Forgive me if I'm wrong, it's past my bedtime.

Yep, that's right.

I just use SimPE v.35 and then I used the Photo Studio plug-in. It has the templates and everything there in a list; you select which painting you want to make a recolor of, then you pick a wallpaper, etc. and then you press Create to make the recolor. :D

It's wonderful for people like me who don't have a clue most of the time with normal recolors or working with the object meshes/textures.

The first re-color I ever made was on that first picture you have there of the ocean.
