I understand why you say you don't want to make this a reward trait, but I think you should reconsider if possible. DaleRune's Deaf Trait mod functions off the reward trait system at an extremely low cost, and I think that would be a good solution to prevent random townies from having it. I feel I should mention I'm coming from this as a trans person. I've always wanted to download this mod, but I don't feel like chest sliders should take up a whole trait slot, whereas I would download it in a heartbeat if it were a reward trait. Of course, I know very little about sims modding, so I'm not sure how much more difficult it would be to make a reward trait as opposed to a regular trait, but that's my feedback.

Ugh! I also came here hoping for help. Removed the trait package and my sim still has breast. I tried to remove the breast trait using the cheat hoping that would work. When I go through MCCC to remove the trait it comes back as Custom Gender. It won't go away. I'm going to try using Zero's chest mod to see if that works.

So yeah! I used Zero's Force Breast On/Off mod and it removed the breast trait! Thank goodness!
