Nice! It'd be cool if someone made a sim based off him too...when he dies his ghost could haunt the house and---Oh plum! I'm getting ideas again XD

I think that’s a great idea! Having him live there for a while could devalue the lot and possessions and make the price more attainable. Old Smitty should probably drown so that he becomes a blue ghost and leaves puddles lying around.

Looks great! I love your houses so I'll need to download for sure. Not a fan of basements though, but oh well lol

Nice build, but there have to be 2 squares clear all around a pool table (maybe only 1 on the corners) in order for them to work properly.
The reason for this is because the non-shooting Sim has to be able to step back 2 squares from the table in order to give the shooting Sim room to shoot. If the non-shooting Sim cannot do that and stands right on the edge of the table and the shooting Sim needs the square to shoot, they will abort the game. They will not get out of each other's way, unfortunately.
It's an easy thing to miss when you're testing, because they will play normally and take several shots, and I suppose they might occasionally actually get through an entire game, but more often than not, in a case such as the table in this house, they will typically get in each others way and abort the game.
Yeah, this sucks, because 2 squares all around a pool table is a lot of space. It's why I rarely put a pool table into a private house.
Feel free to test this yourself by watching them play an entire game or two and you will see.
Just thought I'd let you know.

Interesting. I did test a clean copy of the lot to make sure the basement objects worked in their current locations. One sim did complete a game of pool but I did not test it with multiple players.

Well, yes, single player will obviously work. Two-player and they will likely get in each other's way and abort.
