If you're talking about dominant/recessive they should be as dominant as alien eyes, since they would appear for mannequins with alien eyes. (This is explained on the wiki but basically sims are supposed to not show alien eyes if they do not also have the alien skin tone, so mannequins would instead show these grayish eyes.) Also, the mannequin skin tone is dominant so I figured it made sense for their eyes to be as well.

Hello! I am looking to replace the mannequin eyes. Could you please tell me where I can find the texture please?

The mannequin eyes are painted on the skin, so you would have to access it through one of the face textures. Since they are not a separate color like blue or green I'm not sure they can be replaced, so sorry if this isn't any help.

I meant that because you put these eyes on the same picture as the brown eyes, and now I cannot help but see them as a desaturated and lighter version of those brown eyes, so I just see them as brown ><
