From my current experience, I believe the mod is now defunct.

The mod is still working as of this posting date. It just takes a few in-game minutes for it to "kick in".

Heya, just wondering if this mod still works for anyone else? It does not appear to work for me, no natter how much time I give it or what I do... I just wish I could disable job satisfaction altogether. 😅
