First of all, congratulations on this great mod!!!
However, I am very sad that it does not work for me. All buttons and dialogues are empty, without text.
I play with sims 4 in german- but normally all mods in english work perfectly too.
Do you have any idea what this could be?

Hello, I'm sorry you are having an issue with this mod I am working on the problem now and will message you once I upload fixed files hopefully it will not take me too long

Hello dear Nicky,
I am so sorry, but I have a problem again. Everything works fine. But in case of fire, if I want to claim it, I get everytime the notice, that it is not possible because I have to update my insurance. I tested that in several different cases- but it is always ending at that point...
Do you perhaps have an idea, what I am doing wrong?

Hi there, After you have a fire you try to claim but you get the notice you need to update your details first is that correct?

things you could try.

first, did you buy the cover while living in that world? If the answer is no then you need to change your details by phone,
If the answer is yes, try changing your details anyway it wont mess anything up

Secondly, did you cheat, deleting buffs or traits is not recommended as they are needed at a certain point

Thirdly, Can you try a different household in the same world and see if the same happens

sorry for my delay answer. I t took me time to test all the opportunitys...and wait until a fire broke out.
1. I bought the insurances in the worlds and the houses where I then tryed to claim.
2. I did not cheat anny buff or traits.
3. I tested it now in several worlds . Everytime it had been the same: I claimed, I could press the button with "fire"...and then nothing happened.

Age of the Sims
How are you making the claim via phone call, App or computer?

The sims had been adult
I tryed claiming with both variations, App and computer

I am so sorry to tell you, that it still isn't working- but more steps are possible then before. I can use the File claim, and I get the information that I can upload pictures. But then there comes no possibility to take the pictures of the damaged things and upload them. In my buffs I get the button " House Insurance Document Required", but still no chance to do that. At least I get the information: "As the claims department did not receive pictures from you your claim has been canceled". And then it's over.

Hello, When you receive the notification to say they require pictures, have you clicked on the sim to find the take insurance pictures interaction?

Hi i am currently playing a household that made a fire damage claim over 7 sim days ago. The app says the claim is in progress and i have had a notification to say it is with the claims team. How long does it take for the claim to process as this sim is relying on the payment to replace his business objects and earn money, he is on his last pennies lol
