I will throw in a vote for the auto-fail versions. I think it'd be neat if sims HAD to have those skills to get the audition. I like the proposed thresholds where they can get away with having slightly lower skills, that feels pretty realistic.

I too also want to see the auto-fail auditions! The vanilla auditions only focused on having one skill needed to go through with the audition, so its awesome to have to use more of a specific skill set, and beyond!

i think it needs an update cause it causes to not show the lvl of the skill you need. Just shows the icon of the skill

Where exactly are you seeing this? Is it before the audition, after accepting a gig? Or is it after passing the audition, but before the actual gig?
