Hmm. No. This is not terraces I would have placed in Twinbrook. But these rowhouses are perfect for Bridgeport! And since Late Night is required, I think these may fit.

Good work matching the styles of the fire station and the consignment shop. Have you tried these with the Late Night style apartments? They look like they are set up right for the ground and third floor apartments but sometimes NPCs will spawn inside ground floor apartments.

Thank you! I tried my best to make them blend in with the surrounding buildings, so they look a bit more natural. As for trying them with Late Night style apartments, I honestly have zero experience in setting those up. I tried before in vain, but I found that the NRAAS apartment mod was what worked best for me. Maybe I'll bite the bullet and do some experimenting with that on this build. Thank you so much for commenting.

Thank you so much for this apartment building. It fits perfectly with my game play. I usually always create some 2-4 8 sims flatshare households to start populating new worlds. Lots like this one are extremely rare to find, so, I was very happy when I discovered this. Thanks a million!

Hello, I really liked the lot. I only got an inconvenient, it's not even a issue, I couldn't find a way to make the NPC door working for "underground" department.
I put the public marker there, in the stairs, I even added a gate and nothing worked.
Maybe you got an idea, even son I'm using at it is.
