Nice! This isn't a "starter" though... Starter's are under $25K.

I'd love to see a picture showing how you did the basement? Did you use the grid-adjuster?

You’re right, I don’t know why I added that but the ‘starter home’ tag has been removed. Thanks for letting me know!

I’ll look into adding an overhead basement picture later on, but I use MaksPlayground’s method on YT to create my basements. Hope that helps!

It's OK - you're not the only one. A lot of the recently posted "starters" are over the $25K mark. I just had to say something.
I'm enjoying all your Maxis rebuilds - I love seeing how other people fix up those lots.

I appreciate you telling me, I’ve gone back and removed the ‘starter’ tag from a previous Strangetown build and I’ll keep that in mind going forward!

It’s so much fun remodelling and building specifically for Strangetown. I have more planned for the future like actual starter homes 10k or less and a motel!

Thank you so much for making these homes for Strangetown! I like how they look great while also being easy to change up to fit the Sims that live there.

By the way, do you "clean" the lots before packaging? I don't mind doing it myself but I wonder if that's necessary or not.

Thank you! So glad you’re enjoying them

All of my builds are created in a clean hood, with no Sims living in it. I also run the file through the Clean Installer before sharing them, so there should be no Sim references or any other issues with the lots. Hope that answers your question!
