Hello @greywolf3
I have to confess I was using a "furnished room" that you can add to your residential lot in Sims 4.
The High School Years Pack has loads of objects (well over 60!) so when I accidentally hit on furnished rooms with High School Years Stuff, I thought this might be a good way of splitting all the stuff into groups.
There are three more rooms - sort of bedsits - so look out for them in the coming weeks.
