Thanks for sharing this!I could use it in my Pleasantview in the modern times when it enters the 20th century after the wartime in the 1950's.

This looks like a house General Buzz would retire in when his boys move out. Especially with the one that has a helicopter.

Very small house for only one sim but cool helicopter. I noticed some helicopters in the game don't come back, very weird.
