Can anybody tell me if they have made career rewards to go with the new careers and also, my sims no longer change into their job clothes, when they put them on it's their everyday clothing. need advice, thanks in advance. Treasure Chest

Since this forum hosts people from so many other countries, it would be kinda cool to see the name become something like Sim Idol instead of American Idol. I have nothing against the American thing, just think it would appeal to more people with a Sim name. On the other hand people might find that boring as well. Can't please everyone eh? :hmm:

Nice career! Can the outfits for this career be changed in any way? Like giving the player the opportunity to wear any clothes they want to work

In theory, I think it's very cute. However, in practice, I essentially ripped off the process and procedure of the American Idol program here in America (including the audition process and characterizations), so I don't necessarily know that it would make it more appealing to those who have no clue how the American version works. (Actually, I don't know that the international versions work any differently. Probably not.) I think I'll be leaving it the same. Thanks for the idea, though!

As far as the other issues addressed, the only way to go in and make your American Idol employees wear what you want them to wear is to change their outfit designation in SimPE. However, in that regard we can only change them into career and NPC outfits, plus their everyday wear. If anyone else has figured out how to change that (especially to let them go to work in their formal wear) please let me know. I won't actually give anyone consent to go in and change the outfits in SimPE, and I can't offer help if you do it anyway.

In other news, I plan to go in soon and give this career a few adjustments. Nothing major, but hopefully some time before Christmas I can get it done.

I think not. Basically a Sims career fuels money and motivation to improve skills; other than that you're on your own.
