What is an example of sound? Can it be a ringing sound?

As I understand it, the buoys already have sound in the game but sometimes their sound stops.
This mod is to prevent their sound from stopping.

The water buoys make quiet water noises, but they are broken in the current version of The Sims 3 which made other random sounds effects such as flushing a toilet to stop making noise. This fixes that!

Ohh cause my sim lives at that dock area in lucky palms and sometimes I hear a bell noise. Reminds me of the one that birds use on the tree trunk cage.

Also is this only an issue with decorative water buoys or also the functional one for diving lots?
