I love LOVE townhouse builds, and I've never seen one make use of the roof! That is such a lovely terrace.

This is fabulous. I have done exactly what you do -- stick the two consignment registers on the same lot. This is just the lot to keep in my bin to drop into the game when I start a new neighborhood. I can keep the bot register or delete it depending on the game. Thanks!

This is a gorgeous little lot! Clever idea, so compact but also natural-looking. I love the layout and what you've done with the roof! I don't play with these EPs installed so I can't really use this actual lot, but I'm gonna steal your idea & probably most of your floorplan as a shell for some rabbit hole rugs, so thank you!

Stupid question, but since the file in the download is a package file and not a sims3pack where am I supposed to put it? When I put it into the usual mod folder for packages it didn't show up in-game

You put the package file in Your Library folder.
