This is cool! I use the old mod by Pixiejuice, I think it causes some issues with apartment doors being visible inside the apartment. Does your mod allow the roach, body outline, and mouse hole and the other apartment pipes to be deleted? Thanks!

Hi! Yes, this mod unlocks everything locked in apartments and you can easily take out that mod and use mine instead!

The roaches,stink, gooshy sewer don't work ? Or do they just spawn sometimes? It just like a square placed down in my sims apt like how it looks like in the sims catalogue .

They spawn over a period of time, if you use debug cheats you can trigger their broken states immediately

Thank you so much for this mod!! I missed it. Would you consider unlocking all lot traits and challenges allowing them to be used on any lot like the updated version of DorsalAxes mod here by sungwoop https://modthesims.info/download.ph...1&goto=newpost? It is broken now and didn't include the apartment problems the way you have.

In build mode I only have mouse holes, no pipes or fuses to repair. How can I add them? Everything else works fine.

Just double-click the search button and then filter for custom content, it should be there!

The Needs TLC items don't seem to be working properly for me when placed in a regular residential. Placing the items seems to cause the "problems" to occur, but clicking on the items doesn't give you an option to solve them. This is especially causing me problems with the goo vent because it becomes invisible in build mode, so once it's been placed I can't seem to pick it back up. Even deleting and replacing the room it's in doesn't seem to get rid of it.

Hi again, I wanted to ask if perhaps you use the mod No Weather in BB by Twisted Mexi? I've been spending all day looking for what's causing issues with the vent disappearing and I've noticed the vent, when reappearing, would change rotation and so would puddles. But after removing the mod, the disappearing stopped and everything worked fine as it should

Hi, I'm trying to add the Historical wall plaque to a haunted castle but I can't seem to find it in bb. After digging around more I can confirm that the mouse hole, floor grate, and fireplace are showing up but none of the other items like the pipes and electrical boxes. Any ideas why that may be? Is it maybe that they won't show up on haunted residential lots vs an apartment?

Hi! You should be able to find the historical plaque in the wall sculptures section in the house panel! Or use a filter to show only custom content and press on the search icon once
