It's "Kira" from Simplicity. I got it from "retexture catalogue" spreadsheet.

I really wanted this mod to work but it broke my game . I deleted all of my caches and only installed this mod and my game just wouldn't load up or start. I can take a look at it for you if you'd like?

The mod works fine in my game so there must be issue on your end. It replaces resources mentioned in the post so it’ll conflict with anything that does the same.
