Wow, I looked up what this is from, and I am so proud of ModTheSims to happily host lazy content referencing some of the most racist bullshit edgelord 2002 internet teen "humor" i've ever come across in my life

Yep, the beauty of mods is that they can be made by anyone for anyone and don't need to be for everyone! I'll never download this, of course, but no one really has any right to say it can't be made or hosted unless it is actively causing harm.
