Hello Stevenafc! This post was removed due to a 'Rejection' notice from one of the moderators for reasons that comparison pictures of the original 'The Montone' were not included. I have now included comparison pictures: floorplan and exterior front view from the unmodified lot, as per their guidelines.

Hey! Thanks for sharing this nice makeover! I noticed you added a parking lot too, thanks for doing that! I always add that to this house lol. Will definetly give it a try!

Hi Lyralei! I wanted to add a garage but it didn't fit the budget hence the parking lot only Thank you so much for your kind words and for giving the lot a chance to try it!

I've actually renovated almost all the houses in Sunset Valley in one of my saved games and this particular lot was one of them. Thank you for your suggestion and I'll definitely consider uploading those lots! But it will take some time because that saved game was full of CCs and I always ensure my uploads are CC-free or base game-friendly at least.

I'll definitely share my SV house renovations and I have decided to make them base game compatible so it will take a bit more time. Thank you for your kind words!
