This is incredible. I am always amazed at what you are able to do with no CC!

Someone told me that you uploaded and then I immediately went to look and uh....I will admit I squealed when I saw this and it's sooooooo well constructed. You never cease to amaze at putting together the vanilla items in a compelling manner. I have two armscore warehouses but I might bulldoze one and replace it with this for my industrial side of the city!!

Post-Tour Edit:
cityof2morrowsims and I toured this lot in discord together tonight on a screen share for about 45 minutes sliding around in tab-mode like we were in an RPG game. We were so delighted with all the nooks and crannies and places one could 'hide the bodies' (his words, not mine)

The effects you use are especially stunning e.g. deep in the bottom of the smoke stacks you have incinerators with the fire jets and the use of red pipes + the brighter red brick coloring on the first story then going to medium red was such a cool 'firelight' effect. The use of the water reflection green pool tiles and walls in the water tank made for a spectacular visual effect of it being filled with water.

I marveled at how a basic platform/stage tool with the corrugated metal tile that I have ONLY ever used for ceilings changes it's meaning when you turn the orientation of it and change out accessories (from conveyer belts in the workshops to HVAC type structures on the roof's bridge between buildings)

I was also thrilled to see the railroad track feature in this from the creative/nifty design thread! And looking back at that pic, it was from this lot!

I adored the workstations for both the robotic and toys workshops, how every station had it's personality and the way you built up around the crafting stations themselves.

Bravo to all the vent and pipework! Bravo to the small spaces and utility rooms! Bravo to the clutter and 'boxes' and stray cattails. Bravo to the differentiating wall covering on the facade windows to give it some texture. Bravo all around for nifty design and creative ideas, and another reason you are such a consummate sims 2 builder is for not allowing any popcorn ceiling in sight!

I think this is my favorite build from you yet. You must have put so much work in and I just want to let you know I appreciate it so much!!

As always I'm awed by the amazing builds you make, but even more by the stories you leave started, like trailers for movies I can't wait to see.
