When in the basement is part of it supposed to be blue? Love your builds by the way.

Blue? As in, filled with water?
If that is what happened, then you need to put the house on higher ground. There are a few places around in the original hoods that are like that.

OR - do you mean the 'Nether' - below the basement? If so, yes. It is supposed to be like that. That is because of the way No-Slope Basements are made.

Only sometimes does it have water. Other than that I think it's the 'Nether'.
