Great work. Also, I needed a new empty 'hood.

ETA: Did some exploring. Amazing job, tons of detail on public lots, very nice starter houses (I always want to start from the scratch). More free space than I expected. I will remove the modern/grey part but I know what I will put there. Congratulations!
BTW, do churches really look like that in Florida? I promise that I won't touch it, though.

LOL ...at least one does. It is a Lutheran ELCA church too.
Churches come in all shapes and sizes down here - but there is an inordinate preponderance of modern church builds.
After all, most of Florida was built after air-conditioning was invented.
