I don't think so? It didn't get to hilarious on children so I wouldn't think it would kill adults, but still keep an eye on them just in case!

Playfulness is fatal to adult sims, and at this magnitude, there'd be nothing you could do to stop it, effectively meaning unavoidable death.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to kill because they pissed me off.

That may be true, which is why I recommended the mods in my post just in case people do decide to use this mod.
