Because it isn't really a recolor, as you dont use the design tool, and it replaces something, rather than adding on, so I took it to be a hack. If its not, and some friendly mod reads this, please move it for me...rather than deleting it or something.

Leaving it in hacks.. while it is a recolored car, they are not a recolorable object. You have to clone them and replace the original car. Sounds more like a hack to me since it replaces an in game item.
