nightmare before christmas! OMG OMG OMG I SHALL HAVE ANOTHER JACK :D
but one problem. everytime i try to download it it doesn't let me it says the page is disconected

help?

Everything downloaded fine and is there except Jacks head....
Neither sim shows up in my already made sims area of creat a sim I have to piece them together myself. I have Sally made and residing in my sim bin awaiting her Jack. But I can't make jack cuz his head isn't anywhere I can find it. Its in my download folder but doesn't show up anywhere in my create a sim or the game itself anywhere. His body is in the everyday clothes area........
I have EP Nightlife, pets, university, open for business, and family fun stuff as well as the base game obviously, I do not have seasons or any other EPs past pets.
Please help. :3
