That is sooo cool, but I have a question for anyone to answer, how do you use SimPE to make hair and cloths and new objects? Not to recolor it but to create it. Thank you (and I just love the hair you made)!!!!

This ponytail is absolutely adorable...can someone please make this one for the teen and child? This would be too cute on a little girl...

i am new to downloading things for the sims 2, i've been downloading things that i like but i dont know how to view and use them when i am actually playing the game!!! please tell me how to do it because the stuff on this site is cool and i want to be able to use them!!!! thanx!!!!

Download all files into a folder and unpack them (if they need to be unpacked). Put the .package files into your "Downloads" folder, which you will find in My Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2...
If you download a .sims2pack, these are self installing, so just double click on them and click "install" when the screen comes up!

Once you load up your game, depending on what EP's you have, the custom content should be in the game. If you have Nightlife you need to enable custom content, this can be done under "Game Options" (one of the icons by Graphics..Audio...Camera etc..)

So if you download say, a hair mesh and recolours....the custom hair colours should be in the "Create A Family" part of your game...when you create a new sim, under "Hair" you have the colours at the top...black, brown, blonde and red...then there is a * <--star shape...this is your custom content!

If you download furniture, they will show up in the relevent sections, as will build mode stuff!

If you want to delete custom content, you can do it from the Downloads folder or in game...just look out for the trash can

Thank You, when I saw this in the game my jaw dropped! It is a pony with lots of volume, so many are flat at certain angles (to save on polys I guess), but it still looks realistic. I'm not very good at skining - okay I am truely horrible - but I might try my had at retexturing this.
